About Our Church

Originally built in 1903, LaRue Baptist Church has been a staple in the community for the entirety of its history. Tucked away in Henderson County, this Southern Baptist Church continues to be a place of worship for all those who come. Though many changes have been made since the early days, our desire to serve the Lord and to extend His love to those around has not changed. We stay as active as we can with an ongoing desire to reach the lost, connect with the community and make disciples.
